Lichen Planus Pigmentosus

Lichen Planus Pigmentosus is a rare variant of lichen planus that presents with brown or gray macules and patches in sun-exposed areas. It is more common in skin phototypes III and IV. It most often exists in isolation but can coexist with other forms of lichen planus in about 20% of patients.
